About Hattori 傘 SAN Limited

Grand Master Hattori became 80 years old. In Japan, a person’s 80th birthday is commemorated with a special celebration called 傘寿 / Sanju. To celebrate this milestone and his proud achievements as a Master craftsman, Hattori created the 傘 SAN Limited — a series of strictly limited-production knives, each one a testament to a lifetime of dedication to the craft.

This is the 167th version of Hattori "SAN" Limited edition" celebrating his 80th year old anniversary. He has selected the VG-10 Clad Classic and Dynamic Bowie model. Master Hattori carefully selected the only high quality leather washer for finishing this knife collection.
